launchsims offers paid plans through third-party payment processors. Card payments are processed by Stripe; China-region users may use Alipay in CNY where configured, converted from USD pricing at the current rate. We do not store your full card number or Alipay credentials.
When you complete a payment, the processor confirms the transaction. For Alipay, your plan is activated after we receive a verified asynchronous notification from Alipay; if confirmation is delayed, refresh your account page or contact support.
Refunds, invoices, and subscription changes for Stripe billing are managed through the Stripe Customer Portal linked from your account. For Alipay one-time purchases, refund rules follow our Terms of Service and applicable law—contact support for assistance.
Company / ICP / public security filing information (if applicable) appears in the site footer. This helps meet common requirements for listing payment products and domestic website compliance.
