Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required by your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, complete account information and to keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account; notify us immediately if it is used without authorisation.

We may require email verification, anti-bot checks, or other reasonable identity verification.

"Your Content" means anything you submit to the Service, including product descriptions, evidence links and images, interview answers, destiny graphs, and similar inputs.

You retain all rights you lawfully have in Your Content. To operate the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, limited license to store, process, display Your Content and transmit it to model providers for the purpose of generating simulation results.

You represent that you have the rights and consents needed to submit Your Content; that it does not infringe third-party rights, expose other people's sensitive personal data or trade secrets, or violate applicable law.

The Service's code, UI, copy, and brand are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, adapt, redistribute, or commercialise them without prior written consent.

The Service uses LLMs and image models to produce simulation outputs (QuickSim, Deep Sim, destiny graphs, collectively "Output"). Output is provided for reference only and may be inaccurate, outdated, biased, or otherwise misleading. Output is not investment, legal, medical, tax, or other professional advice. Use your own judgement and verify before acting on it.

Subject to applicable law and the rules of the Service, you may use, retain, and share Output that corresponds to projects you submitted, except where the Output clearly violates law or these Terms.

The Service offers Free, Starter, and Pro plans (QuickSim requires signing in), plus one-time trial packs. Deep Sim quotas follow your plan and pack balances; paid subscribers get unlimited QuickSim.

Specific limits, prices, and billing periods of plans and packs are as shown on the Account or Pricing page at the time of purchase. We may adjust them within reason and will notify you in-product or by email before changes take effect.

Used trial-pack credits and already-generated Output are non-refundable. Refund rules for subscriptions are in Section 5.

Card payments are processed by Stripe; China-region users may use Alipay in CNY where configured, converted from USD pricing at the current rate. Each processor's terms apply to its own dispute and chargeback procedures.

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or yearly until you cancel through the Stripe customer portal. After cancellation you keep paid benefits through the end of the current billing period and are not charged again.

Except as required by applicable law or expressly agreed by us in writing, subscription fees and one-time purchases are non-refundable. We will refund clear duplicate charges, technical errors, or operator mistakes after verification.

You may not: violate any law or third-party right; upload viruses or malicious code; access our systems or another user's account without authorisation; circumvent quota, rate-limit, billing, or security mechanisms; bulk-scrape Output to train third-party models or to resell; or take any action that materially impairs the Service.

You may not use the Service to generate or distribute prohibited content, including sexually explicit material, violence, hatred, harassment, discrimination, self-harm/suicide content, child-sexualised content, terrorism, or seriously illegal content; nor to impersonate others or create materially misleading content.

The Service depends on third parties such as Stripe, Alipay, Google, Resend, and Volcengine / Doubao. Those components are provided by their respective vendors under their own terms; we are not responsible for their availability or behaviour beyond what these Terms expressly cover.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion via the Account page or by contacting support.

If you violate these Terms, trigger our security controls, or are required by law, we may suspend or terminate your account and benefits with prior or subsequent notice. In cases of malicious or material violations, we may terminate immediately without further notice.

Termination ends your license to use the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) survive termination.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted/error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, goodwill, or data). Our aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100-equivalent for non-paying users.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us and our affiliates harmless from third-party claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or infringement of others' rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of registration (subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law). Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; failing that, by the competent courts at the operator's location.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email; continued use means acceptance. The current effective date is shown at the bottom of this page.
